Portsmouth Babe Ruth League Mission Statement
To provide an opportunity for our youth to have fun, learn, experience and achieve in the game of baseball by teaching the fundamentals of the game, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship and recognizing individual efforts.
The Portsmouth Babe Ruth Baseball program is dedicated to its youth. The league strives to provide the opportunity for the growth of its players as young adults; while promoting mental and physical development through instruction and proper supervision of regulation, competitive baseball. The Portsmouth Babe Ruth League’s philosophy for adopting rules and establishing standards has first and foremost the welfare of it participants as a primary consideration.
